1201 West Pender Street is known as the East Asiatic House and was built for the Prince of Denmark.  It was designed by renowned architect Gerald Hamilton who also designed landmark buildings such as the Planitarium and Q.E. Theatre in Vancouver.  Located on the northwest corner of Bute Street and West Pender, it has floors of about 6,700 square feet with some good views of Coal Harbour and the North shore mountains.
